What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the first point of contact for queries
- Escalate problems with clear summaries
- Share user feedback with product and development teams
- Maintain documentation on known issues and fixes
- Support rollout of new software features
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
- Solve problems with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Continuously learn and grow with a complex software product
